Apollo Insulated Roofing Panels are a complete roof and ceiling system in one, with excellent noise absorption, superior thermal qualities, and large spanning capabilities.
We manufacture our Australian-made Insulated Roofing using UniCote® steel on both the top side and ceiling side. UniCote® steel is highly durable and designed and tested to give long-lasting colour retention. Apollo Insulated Roofing is designed, engineered, and manufactured to ensure year-round comfort and exceptional quality.

Extra Protection
UniCote® Coastal
For waterside projects or structures near corrosive environments, we recommend UniCote® Coastal steel for extra protection.
UniCote® Coastal is tested in Australian conditions and takes the standard aluminum/zinc alloy-coated steel substrate to the next level with the addition of magnesium.
This enables the zinc to ‘flow’, which seals the cut edges preventing exposure to premature corrosion, making it ideal for harsher environments near the coast or waterways.

The magic of magnesium
A steel roof is most susceptible to the elements along cut edges – but not UniCote® Coastal. The addition of magnesium to the standard zinc/aluminium alloy makes all the difference.
As time goes on it allows the protective metal coating to microscopically flow over the cut edge. At this point a sacrificial anti-corrosive reaction takes place and a robust seal is created.

UniCote® Coastal is a highly durable product offering optimum performance against corrosion and with improved cutting edge performance designed to give excellent colour retention and high formability at moderate cost. For projects near marine environments, a site-specific warranty can be provided for UniCote® Coastal applications.
